The account manager serves as the bridge between the company and its clients, primarily responsible for promptly and effectively addressing customer needs and concerns to foster strong relationships.
Recognizing and addressing customer requirements by providing informed product insights and facilitating product or service sales.
Collaborating with suppliers to ensure product availability aligns with customer demand.
Establishing and maintaining relationships with current clients while actively seeking new prospects through networking events and community outreach initiatives.
Engaging with customers by providing product details, addressing inquiries, and resolving any concerns or issues.
Promoting additional products or services by recommending complementary items to boost sales.
Delivering exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction during store interactions.
Regularly liaising with store managers to ensure all customer needs are met.
Handling administrative tasks such as generating reports, maintaining records, and managing employee paperwork.
Initiating new accounts for prospective customers and finalizing accounts for terminated customers.

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
With at least 3 years of relevant experience in retail account management and customer service.
Preferably with exposure to handling fragrances, chemicals, and raw materials for the cosmetics or personal care industry
With strong communication and negotiation skills
