  • Prepare and maintain financial records and reports.
  • Ensure accuracy of financial data and compliance with regulations.
  • Analyze financial information and identify trends.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Reconcile accounts and manage payroll activities.
  • Collaborate with auditors during financial reviews.
  • Provide support during financial audits and tax preparations.

المتطلبات

  • Job title: Property Accountant
  • Educational Qualifications: Graduate of 4-yr degree in accounting course: BS in Accountancy, BS in Management Accounting , BSBA major in Financial Management,
  • Experience Level: at least 2-4 years' experience in accounting of Homeowners Association's financial operations
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Financial Statements, General Ledger, and Statement Preparation. Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills.
  • Accounting Software: Familiarity with SAP and QuickBooks.
  • Working Conditions: 8:30Am- 5:30PM, Mon-Sat., half day on Sat.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of working under pressure.
