  • Oversee daily accounting operations and financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies.
  • Manage budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Supervise and mentor accounting staff.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
  • Collaborate with auditors during the annual audit process.
  • Implement and improve accounting systems and processes.

المتطلبات

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 3-5 years of progressive experience in accounting roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Financial Management, SAP, Financial Analysis, Financial Reporting, and General Accounting.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours; potential for overtime during tax season.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, analytical thinker, strong communicator, and team player.
