الوصف

  • Responsible for overseeing accounting functions and activities.
  • Formulate accounting policies and establish internal control system. Determine improvement in the accounting process flows for continuous system refinement.
  • Compute tax on fringe benefits received by supervisors and managers for the month and prepare journal entries related thereto.
  • Determine monthly accrual of employee benefits and prepare journal entries related thereto.
  • Reconcile monthly cash balances per bank and per books.
  • Calculate cost of goods manufactured and sold for the month and prepare journal entries related thereto.
  • Determine revaluation of inventories based on lower of cost or market
  • price. Prepare journal entries, if necessary.
  • Calculate and accrue quarterly and annual corporate income tax.
  • Process payroll for Japanese expatriates.
  • Process payment of benefits to supervisory and managerial employees. Generate journal entries for exempt employees' payroll and provide details of payroll deductions.
  • Furnish reports and answers to queries by auditors, banks, creditors and government agencies regarding financial information and permanent record of the company.

  • Graduate of BS Accountancy
  • Preferably a Certified Public Account (CPA)
  • With at least 5 years of work experience as Accounting Manager preferably in a Manufacturing company
