الوصف

  • Reconcile assigned bank balances against cash balances per books, including identifying unaccounted receipts and/or disbursements and proposing necessary adjustments.
  • Post collections from financing partners and manufacturers, and monitor receivables from them.
  • Keep a record of transactions and enter data from daily work logs into the company's system.
  • Key in any documents or items that the accounting department is responsible for, including checks, invoices, vouchers, accounting statements, and other reports and records.
  • Process check vouchers.
  • Record and maintain manual books of accounts and other records such as bank deposits, as needed.
  • File paid vouchers and other accounting documents.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports.

المتطلبات

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or equivalent courses.
  • Proven experience in either AP, AR, or Bank Recon
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or accounting software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Willingness to work in Chino Roces Ext., Makati
