  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Handle communication via phone, email, and in-person inquiries.
  • Organize and schedule appointments and meetings.
  • Maintain filing systems and perform data entry tasks.
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations.
  • Manage office supplies and inventory.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.

المتطلبات

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience Level: Fresh graduates or students with relevant internships are encouraged to apply.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), strong written communication, and analytical thinking.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in office management, data entry, document preparation, and communication with clients.
  • Working Conditions: Office setting with standard working hours; may require occasional overtime.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and able to work independently and in a team.
