الوصف

  • Conduct site visits and surveys to assess project requirements.
  • Develop space planning solutions for mixed-use developments.
  • Assist in the design and documentation process, from conceptualization to implementation.
  • Prepare architectural drawings, presentations, and technical reports.
  • Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards.
  • Travel to provincial sites as required to conduct feasibility studies and site assessments.

المتطلبات

  • Bachelor’s degree in architecture (Recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Strong interest in architectural design and space planning.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant design software is an advantage.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
  • Must be open to traveling to provincial locations for site studies and project assessments.
