  • Design and oversee architectural projects from concept to completion
  • Collaborate with clients to determine project needs and requirements
  • Develop and present design proposals and plans
  • Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
  • Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
  • Utilize CAD software and other design tools
  • Stay updated on industry trends and innovations

المتطلبات

  • Educational Qualifications: Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in AutoCAD, architectural design, 3D modeling (SketchUp), and project coordination.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Develop architectural plans, coordinate projects, and collaborate with clients and contractors.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with site visits required.
  • Qualities and Traits: Creative thinker, strong communicator, detail-oriented, and team player.
