  • Ensuring smooth workflow and productivity across various departments.
  • Formulating and executing plans to improve efficiency and performance.
  • Analyzing current processes and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and productivity. 
  • Identifying and resolving operational issues to ensure smooth operations.
  • Analyzing data and providing reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.


المتطلبات

  • Extensive experience in Retail Sales
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and guide teams
  • Ability to communicate effectively with employees, stakeholders, and other departments
  • Experience in managing teams, overseeing operations, and improving processes
  • Willingness to handle VisMin and Central Luzon areas
  • Willingness to do schedule store visits
  • Willingness to be assigned in Better Living, Paranaque
