  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and teas.
  • Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Provide excellent customer service and engage with customers.
  • Maintain equipment and manage inventory.
  • Train new staff on beverage preparation and customer interaction.
  • Handle cash register and manage transactions.
  • Assist in creating a welcoming atmosphere.

المتطلبات

  • Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a coffee shop or similar environment.
  • Skills and Competencies: Attention to detail, coffee knowledge, strong written and verbal communication, upselling and customer service skills.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, may involve long hours on feet, and working weekends or holidays.
  • Qualities and Traits: Friendly, adaptable, team-oriented, and passionate about coffee culture.
