  • Oversee daily branch operations and ensure compliance with policies.
  • Lead, train, and motivate branch staff to achieve targets.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships to enhance satisfaction.
  • Analyze financial reports and implement growth strategies.
  • Manage budgets and optimize branch performance.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.

المتطلبات

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • With significant and extensive experience in bank operations and marketing.
  • A minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of experience as Branch Operations Officer in the banking industry.
  • Can develop and achieve business targets consistently.
  • Able to source new business opportunities.
