الوصف

  • A Business Development Representative (BDR) to act as the liaison between our Marketing and Sales teams. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience developing leads from marketing campaigns and meeting sales quotas. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers, from first contact until you close the deal. You will also ensure proper after-sales service. If you are motivated and results-driven, and enjoy working in a team environment, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will boost sales and contribute to our long-term business growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities and markets by conducting thorough research and analysis.
  • Build and nurture relationships with potential clients and partners.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, analyze the competitive landscape, and pinpoint potential areas for growth.
  • Generate leads through networking, industry events, and other channels.
  • Develop and execute outreach strategies to engage potential clients effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align business development strategies with the company’s goals.
  • Prepare and present business proposals to potential clients.
  • Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track and manage business development activities.
  • Provide regular reports for management on business development activities and results.

المتطلبات

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field. 
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software such as HubSpot and ZoomInfo. 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Ability to think strategically and identify growth opportunities. 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a knack for building and maintaining relationships. 
  • Knowledge of market research techniques and industry trends. 
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills. 
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills. 
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. 
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change. 
  • A graduate or college degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
