Business Development Specialist [Fully-Remote]

We are a human-centered design research agency dedicated to understanding people and their contexts to drive innovation and create impactful solutions. We believe that deep insights into human behavior are the foundation for meaningful product, service, and experience design. Our work spans a variety of industries, helping organizations make informed decisions and build a deeper connection with their audience.

We are seeking a highly motivated and methodical Business Development Specialist to join our fully remote team. In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying and nurturing new business opportunities, contributing directly to our growth and impact.


Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and research potential leads through various channels, developing a robust pipeline of qualified prospects.
  • Develop and implement systematic approaches for lead generation and outreach, ensuring consistent and effective communication.
  • Initiate contact with prospective clients, understanding their needs and pain points related to design research, strategy, and innovation.
  • Articulate the value proposition of our services, showcasing how our human-centered approach can address client challenges and drive their success.
  • Collaborate closely with the internal team to refine pitches and proposals that resonate with potential clients.
  • Track and manage all sales activities and client interactions within a CRM system.
  • Contribute to the development of business development strategies and best practices.
  • Participate in monthly in-person team meetings and collaborative sessions.


المتطلبات

  • 4-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, with a proven track record of successful lead generation and account acquisition.
  • Demonstrated methodical and systematic approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of how design research, strategy, and human-centered approaches can drive business value.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and lead generation tools.
  • A passion for understanding people and solving complex problems.
