المتطلبات

  • Educational Qualifications: Must possess a Diploma in any field.
  • Experience Level: 6mos. and above international call center experience
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent English language proficiency and strong customer service skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Handle incoming calls, address customer inquiries, and provide product information.
  • Working Conditions: Work in a structured office environment with variable shifts.
  • Qualities and Traits: Should be patient, empathetic, and possess strong communication abilities.
