  • Engage customers to understand their vehicle needs.
  • Demonstrate and showcase vehicle features and benefits.
  • Provide comprehensive product knowledge and guidance.
  • Negotiate sales terms and close deals effectively.
  • Maintain customer relationships for future sales opportunities.
  • Stay updated on automotive trends.


المتطلبات

  • Educational Qualifications: A diploma in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience Level: No prior experience required; training will be provided.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced dealership environment; may involve weekends and holidays.
  • Qualities and Traits: Enthusiastic, approachable, and goal-oriented with a strong desire to meet sales targets.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
  • 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Know how to drive is a plus
