الوصف

  • Provide real-time customer support through live chat platforms
  • Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues promptly
  • Guide customers through product features, troubleshooting steps, and processes
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or supervisors
  • Meet daily chat volume and response time targets
  • Follow company scripts and standard operating procedures
  • Provide product information and assist with order processing
  • Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings

المتطلبات

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Excellent written English communication skills
  • Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 40 WPM)
  • Strong multitasking and time management abilities
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with chat platforms
  • Patience and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in shifts, including nights and weekends
  • Stable internet connection for remote work
