Job Title: Web3/Crypto Community Agent (with Data Entry Focus)

About the Role

We’re looking for a Web3-savvy individual with strong data entry skills and a deep understanding of internet culture to join our team as a Web3/Crypto Community Agent. This role blends digital community engagement, light creative writing, and accurate data handling. If you're into crypto and Twitter(X), know memes, and know your way around Sheets and different blockchains, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and update data accurately in spreadsheets, databases, and internal tools
• Perform regular audits, verify entries for completeness and accuracy
• Help manage internal documentation and organize digital files
• Responds to upper management requests and assist with clean data retrieval
• Collaborate with other agents to resolve discrepancies or process challenges
• Support community engagement initiatives with creative writing, memes, and replies
• Leverage AI tools to assist with prompts, writing, and task execution

Core Requirements

• Strong grasp of internet culture, memes, and social platforms (especially Twitter/X)
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of crypto, DeFi, and Web3 ecosystems
• Experience with data entry, admin work, or record-keeping
• Excellent English writing and speaking skills
• Fast learner, problem solver, and takes initiative
• Comfortable using Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
• Good with Tech and has the ability to use basic AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok)
• Exceptional attention to detail and time management
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Bonus Skills

• Understands the differences between BTC, ETH, SOL, etc.
• Knows how to read a basic trading chart or candle graph
• Has experience trading memecoins or niche tokens
• Maintains an active presence on X (Twitter)
• Owns a Web3 wallet and can show token holdings/investments
• Has worked at a web3 company before

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
• Previous experience in data entry, virtual assistance, or community roles
• Proficiency Sheets, and other admin/data platforms
• Typing speed of 60+ WPM with high accuracy

If you reside outside of Bohol, you may still be considered for the role. A relocation allowance may be included in your salary package, depending on the strength of your qualifications and overall fit for the position.
