  • Loading packages and goods onto their vehicle
  • Picking up items from the sender
  • Carefully handling sensitive or fragile goods
  • Delivering items to the recipient
  • Recording deliveries and in some cases obtaining signatures
  • Returning items to the depot and unloading them.
