Duties and Responsibilities:

• Understands communication strategies and generates innovative ideas for thematic and tactical campaign proposals.
• Presents creative proposals to the Management and BD&M Department.
• Stays up-to-date with design innovations and utilizes them in updating Dermclinic’s brand manual.
• Produces key visual and design drafts based on different offline and online communication channels, ensuring consistency of brand identity.
• Designs packaging concepts tailored to different product requirements.
• Cascades approved visual direction/s to the Marketing Team for implementation, providing clear guidance and support.
• Shares emerging creative knowledge and insights with the team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
• Ensures brand identity remains consistent across all marketing touchpoints—including digital, print, and in-clinic environments.
• Leads visual execution and maintains quality control throughout the creative process.
• Spearheads creative production efforts as needed.   
• Demonstrates strong communication skills and collaboration in team settings.
• Writes and proofreads clear, concise, and engaging copy for campaign decks, approval decks, and other materials as needed.

• Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience as an Art Director or in a similar capacity, with a solid portfolio demonstrating original projects and designs.    
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics, layout, and typography.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
• Experience in online, offline, and print is beneficial
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After
• Effects, Premiere Pro) with a solid background in these software applications
• Excellent time-management skills, ensuring efficient handling of tasks and projects within designated deadlines
