  • Assist customers with inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

المتطلبات

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in customer service or sales.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong public speaking and negotiation abilities, effective sales support and training skills, proficiency in Customer Relationship Management.
  • Working Conditions: Office-based environment with regular interaction with customers.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, excellent presentation skills, and a proactive approach to outside sales.
