We're Hiring: Part-Time Marketing Specialist (Junior to Mid-Level)

Location: Remote (Australia-based) | Part-Time Role

Our client, a fast-growing construction maintenance company in Australia, is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support and grow its brand presence. If you’re creative, hands-on, and excited to help build marketing strategies from the ground up in the construction and property maintenance space — this one’s for you!

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote construction and maintenance services
• Manage and update social media platforms, website content, and company profiles
• Create marketing materials including brochures, case studies, and service guides
• Track and analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements
• Support the team in building brand awareness and client engagement strategies

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in construction, trades, or property services
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and basic graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage priorities
• Familiarity with Australian market trends in the construction or property sector is a plus

Work Setup:

• Remote
• Flexible part-time schedule (approx. 15–20 hours/week)
• Must be Australia-based
