- Responsible for creating and maintaining accurate documentation.

- Job Title: Documentation Staff/OFFICE STAFF
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in MS Office, English language, help desk support, scheduling, time management, written communication, and organizational skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Prepare and maintain documentation, support scheduling activities, assist in help desk inquiries, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, excellent communicator, and strong organizational abilities.
