  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns via TikTok & Shopee
  • Handle orders, returns, and disputes using TikTok Seller Center
  • Collaborate with influencers and partner brands professionally
  • Maintain a fun yet professional tone aligned with the brand's voice
  • Create TikTok/Shopee seller accounts as needed
  • Check and update product stocks via ERP system
  • Join campaigns on TikTok/Shopee platforms
  • Upload new products and update product details regularly
  • Utilize TikTok and Shopee Seller Centers effectively


المتطلبات

  • Experience using TikTok Seller Center, Partner Center, or Shopee Seller Center
  • Knowledge of ERP tools and e-commerce campaign management
  • Background in working with KOLs, creators, or within an MCN setup is a plus
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and customer-centric
