  • Oversee project execution and ensure adherence to timelines.
  • Coordinate with teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare updates for stakeholders.
  • Manage resource allocation and address any issues promptly.
  • Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with standards.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment for optimal performance.

المتطلبات

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics and Communications Engineering
  • With 2-3 years of relevant engineering experience, preferably in facility operations and maintenance
  • BOSH (Basic Occupational Safety and Health) certified is an advantage
  • Proficient in computer applications related to maintenance and facilities management (e.g., MS Office, CMMS, AutoCAD)
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills; capable of managing maintenance teams and coordinating technical activities
  • Self-driven and proactive; able to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable interacting with staff across all levels, including international teams
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate and interact with all levels of staff internally and globally
