الوصف

  • Working closely with the design team on FF&E requirements and selection.
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders on all project related information pertaining to FF&E.
  • Attending meetings with the client and take ownership of material board and furniture presentations.
  • Have a thorough knowledge of the client and their requirements.
  • Prepare material boards and relevant documentation.
  • Prepare the necessary documentation required for the creation of purchase requests of furniture, special finishes and special design items.
  • Pre-sourcing of furniture, finished and specialty items

المتطلبات

  • Degree in Architecture, Interior, Furniture or Industrial Design
  • A strong knowledge of furniture systems, materials specification and their respective procurement process
  • Establish a network of vendors, suppliers and special service providers
  • Willingness to travel (local and international)
  • Software competency: MS Office programs, CAD. Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop
