We're an Edtech startup building software for schools and universities to integrate AI into the classroom. Our business has been growing super fast and now we're looking to grow our team!

As a Finance Operations Assistant, you'll be working directly with our co-founder, who previously started one of the biggest Fin-Tech businesses in EMEA.

• Process payroll, maintain financial records, and ensure compliance
• Assist with financial reporting and forecasting
• Document processes to help new hires learn quickly
• Identify inefficiencies in processes and improve them wherever you can (bonus points: automate manual processes using tools like Zapier)
• Provide progress reports to the co-founders----

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive salary: PHP 77,000 per month
• Quarterly performance bonus: PHP 9,000 per month
• 15 days paid vacation
• Regular paid Philippines public holidays

Working Hours:

• 2:30 PM - 11 PM Philippines time, Monday to Friday, with a 1-hour break
• This is a full time role (40 hours per week)

What You Bring:

• Accounting, Finance, or Business degree
• 2+ years experience
• Strong written communication skills for content creation and refinement
• Bonus: Previous experience working in a tech startup
