We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee our company’s financial planning, reporting, and risk management. The Finance Manager will be responsible for ensuring the organization’s financial health by developing strategies, analyzing financial data, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

• Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize company performance.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Prepare accurate financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and internal controls.
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial institutions.
• Monitor and control company expenses to enhance profitability.
• Assist in investment decisions and financial risk management.
• Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure efficiency and productivity.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s or CPA preferred).
• Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulations.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
