  • Oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations.
  • Develop and implement innovative menus and beverage programs.
  • Ensure high standards of quality and service.
  • Manage inventory, cost control, and budgeting.
  • Train and lead staff to provide exceptional customer experiences.
  • Coordinate events and banquets as required.
  • Monitor industry trends to enhance offerings.

المتطلبات

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Food Science, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in food and beverage management.
  • Skills and Competencies: Team player with strong work ethic, excellent quality control, operations, and inventory management skills.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, requiring flexibility in hours and responsibilities.
