  • Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership, excellent communication, budgeting, and inventory management skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee food and beverage operations, maintain quality control, develop menus, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, passionate about food and service, with a proactive attitude.
