1. Game Feature Analysis & Monetization Strategy**

• Deeply understand local game mechanics and features, identifying opportunities to drive player spending through targeted marketing campaigns and in - game events.
• Optimize revenue metrics by designing and implementing engagement strategies that align with player behavior and preferences.

2. Data - Driven Problem Solving

• Analyze game performance data (e.g., retention, conversion, ARPU) to identify bottlenecks or underperforming areas.
• Propose actionable solutions to improve user experience and monetization effectiveness.

3. User Segmentation & Personalization

• Develop a classification system for player groups (e.g., paying users, potential spenders, active players) based on game behavior and spending patterns.
• Create tailored strategies for each segment to enhance engagement, retention, and lifetime value.

A. Educational Background & Professional Conduct

• College diploma or above.
• Upright character, meticulous and earnest work attitude, strong sense of responsibility.

B. Industry Knowledge & Technical Skills

• Familiar with games and passionate about the gaming industry.
• Proficient in basic computer operations and network knowledge.
• Skilled in using office software such as Excel and Word.

C. Gaming Industry Expertise

• Deep understanding and knowledge of game genre (e.g., board games, puzzle games, strategy games – specify as needed).
• Prior experience in the gaming industry is preferred.
