The Club Manager is responsible for the overall operation, growth, and success of the Anytime Fitness club. This role involves managing daily operations, driving membership sales, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a positive club culture. The Club Manager will also oversee staff performance, facility maintenance, and financial targets to create a thriving fitness community.

Responsibilities:

• Sales & Retention: Drive membership growth, conduct tours, and implement retention strategies.
• Operations & Facility Management: Ensure a clean, safe, and fully operational club.
• Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team.
• Financial Performance: Achieve revenue goals, manage budgets, and track KPIs.
• Community Engagement: Develop local partnerships, execute marketing initiatives, and host events.

• 5+ years of fitness, sales, or management experience.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Passion for health, fitness, and wellness.
• CPR & First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and club management software.
