  • Develop and implement safety policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular safety audits and inspections.
  • Provide training and support to employees on safety practices.
  • Investigate accidents and near misses, reporting findings.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations.
  • Promote a culture of safety within the organization.

المتطلبات

  • Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety or a related discipline.
  • Experience Level: 5–10 years of hands-on experience in health, safety, and environmental (HSE) roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: In-depth understanding of safety regulations, risk management, and emergency response procedures.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Develop and enforce safety procedures, perform regular safety inspections, and foster a culture of workplace safety.
  • Working Conditions: Combination of office and on-site work, with possible exposure to hazardous materials.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical thinking, clear and effective communication skills, and a proactive, safety-focused mindset.
