الوصف

  • Assist with patient care tasks, including recording vitals and providing support with mobility and personal care.
  • Support the delivery of natural and holistic treatments at Wellness First Naturopathic Company.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment adhering to healthcare standards.
  • Facilitate communication between patients and healthcare providers.
  • Ensure stock levels of supplies and equipment are maintained.
  • Respect patient confidentiality and provide empathetic support.

المتطلبات

  • Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a Diploma in Nursing or a related healthcare field.
  • Experience Level: At least 1 - 3 years of experience working as a Healthcare Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in providing basic nursing care, ability to work independently with minimal supervision, good communication, and observational skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Assisting patients with daily activities, monitoring vital signs, maintaining accurate patient records, and providing emotional support to patients and their families.
  • Working Conditions: Must be willing to work in a variety of healthcare settings, including hospitals, clinics, and patient homes. Flexibility to work different shifts, including nights and weekends.
  • Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, patient, attentive to detail, and possess strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare team members.
