الوصف

Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training processes.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Facilitate employee relations and conflict resolution.
Manage performance appraisal systems.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Analyze HR metrics to drive improvements.
Support employee development and retention initiatives.

المتطلبات

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in HR management or supervision.
Skills: Proficient in HRIS, strong communication, employee relations, compensation and benefits, recruiting, leadership development, and people management.
Responsibilities: Oversee HR functions, manage employee relations, implement compensation plans, and contribute to talent acquisition.
Working Conditions: Office-based, typical business hours, team-oriented environment.
Qualities: Must be detail-oriented, proactive, a strong leader, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
