Responsible in leading the organization's training , development, and employee engagement initiatives
Expertise in instructional design, adult learning theories and evaluation methodologies
Employee relations and data analysis & reporting
Strong network of local and international training and development organization
Ability to build strong relationship with employees at all levels of the organization
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design

المتطلبات

Graduate of BS Human Resource Development Management or BS Psychology (preferably with Master's but not required)
with at least 5 to 9 years of experience in training & development / employee engagement
amenable to START ASAP and willing to be assign here in Binan City Laguna
