Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes.

المتطلبات

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience Level: 3-5 years of HR management or supervisory experience.
Skills and Competencies: Strong communication (both written and verbal), leadership development, compensation and benefits expertise, social recruitment, people management, and candidate screening skills.
Responsibilities and Duties: Overseeing recruitment processes, developing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Working Conditions: Primarily an office environment; may require occasional travel for recruitment or training.
Qualities and Traits: Effective communicator, strong leadership abilities, approachable, detail-oriented, and proactive problem solver.
