- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training processes
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Manage employee relations and conflict resolution
- Monitor performance appraisal systems
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Conduct regular workplace assessments and initiatives
- Collaborate with management to support organizational goals
المتطلبات
- 3+ years of experience in an HR management position\In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
