  • Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts
  • Maintain HR records and prepare reports
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives
  • Support organizational change and development
  • Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs
  • Promote employee engagement and retention

المتطلبات

  • Not more than 35 years old
  • Graduate of related course
  • Current resident of Metro Manila
  • At least 2 years experience w/ HR functions (recruitment, employee relations, training, labor laws)
  • Proficient with conflict resolution and performance management
