  • Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues.
  • Assist in recruitment, employee orientation, and maintenance of HR records.
  • Assist in recruitment processes and onboarding of new hires.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Support performance management and training initiatives.
  • Contribute to HR policy development and implementation.
  • Provide analytical reports on HR metrics.

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: No prior experience required; entry-level candidates welcome.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in computer applications; strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
