  • Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes and coordinating interviews.
  • Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
  • Support performance management processes and employee relations.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Assist in organizing training and development initiatives.

المتطلبات

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in HR roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in recruiting, communication, employee relations, payroll and benefits administration.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with standard hours; may require overtime during peak periods.
  • Qualities: Detail-oriented, strong interpersonal skills, and proficient in computer applications.
