  • Managing Applicant Pools: Maintaining databases of potential candidates, including resumes, contact information, and application materials. 
  • Administrative Tasks: Data entry and record-keeping for applicant data. 
  • Communication and Outreach: Communicating with potential candidates regarding future openings or job postings. Responding to inquiries from candidates and HR team members. Helping to build and maintain relationships with potential employees. 
  • Supporting Recruitment Efforts: Assisting with screening and shortlisting applications. Supporting the recruitment process by preparing job postings and other materials. Participating in recruitment events or activities. 


المتطلبات

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: On the job experience is accepted
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in recruiting, social recruitment strategies, candidate screening, and strong attention to detail.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours; may involve occasional remote work.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills, proactive attitude, and excellent organizational abilities.
