  • Assist with recruitment processes including screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding of employees.
  • Coordinate training sessions and employee development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and benefits.

المتطلبات

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Skills and Competencies: Expertise in social recruitment, HR planning, employee relations, and talent acquisition.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Manage recruitment processes, payroll, and compensation; facilitate employee relations.
  • Working Conditions: Office-based environment with standard working hours.
  • Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, and proactive.
