Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees.
Manage employee records and maintain HR databases.
Support employee relations and resolve workplace conflicts.
Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws.

Facilitate communication between management and employees.

المتطلبات

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in HR or related fields.
Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in marketing, sales, business development, and customer service.
Responsibilities and Duties: Manage recruitment processes, support employee relations, and assist in training initiatives.
Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional travel for recruitment events.
