Prepare, review, and process shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, and bill of lading
Encode and maintain accurate import/export records in the company system
Monitor shipment schedules and coordinate with brokers, freight forwarders, and suppliers
Assist with customs clearance documentation and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
File and organize physical and digital documents for audits and reference
Track and update the status of incoming and outgoing shipments
Coordinate with warehouse, purchasing, and finance departments for document verification
Perform clerical duties including data entry, filing, scanning, and email communication

Bachelor’s Degree in Customs Administration, Business Administration, Logistics, or any related field
Preferably with experience in import/export or logistics documentation (fresh grads welcome)
Strong clerical and administrative skills
Proficient in MS Office tools (especially Excel and Word)
Familiarity with BOC, other government agency processes is a plus
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines
Strong communication and coordination skills
Can start ASAP
