الوصف

  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Helpdesk Analyst to provide first-line support to end-users and ensure the integrity and reliability of our data backup systems. This role combines traditional helpdesk responsibilities with proactive monitoring and management of backup operations.

Helpdesk Support:

  • Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, or ticketing system.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams.
  • Document incidents, solutions, and procedures in the knowledge base.
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors and suppliers.

Backup Monitoring:

  • Monitor daily backup jobs and ensure successful completion.
  • Investigate and resolve backup failures or anomalies.
  • Perform routine backup restores to verify data integrity.
  • Maintain backup logs and generate reports for audits and compliance.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure teams to optimize backup strategies.

Technical Skills:

  • Familiarity with backup software (e.g., Veeam, Backblaze).
  • Knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems.
  • Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., SyncroMSP).
  • Basic networking and troubleshooting skills.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to data integrity.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment

المتطلبات

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Information Technology
  • Experience with backup software such as Veeam or Backblaze
  • Knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems
  • Experience with ticketing systems like SyncroMSP
  • Basic networking and troubleshooting skills
  • 5-8 years of experience in Information Technology
  • Must be located in the Philippines
