  • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries related to hardware and software issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT problems via phone, email, or in-person interactions.

المتطلبات

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Experience Level: 2+ years in IT support or help desk environments.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in troubleshooting hardware/software issues, knowledge of operating systems, and network configurations.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Diagnose and resolve technical issues, provide user support, and maintain IT systems.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with potential remote support duties.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills, patience, and a problem-solving mindset.
