  • Provide technical support for hardware and software issues.
  • Resolve user queries via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Install and configure computer systems and applications.
  • Maintain inventory of IT assets and supplies.
  • Assist in training users on new technologies.
  • Document incidents and solutions for future reference.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to enhance service delivery.

المتطلبات

  • At least high school graduate with experience
  • College fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
  • With experience in Technical issues and concerns
  • Computer literate
