الوصف

  • Transcribe and proofread legal documents
  • Accurately file documents with the court ahead of deadlines
  • Process third party Lawyers
  • File, organize, scan, copy and fax legal documents in a timely manner
  • Answer phone calls, take notes/messages and redirect calls when appropriate
  • Schedule court depositions, hearings, and other meetings
  • Facilitate the meeting of deadlines by keeping multiple agendas and provide timely reminders
  • Coordinate with Corporate Secretaries regarding document requests and pending cases
  • Attend external meetings or court hearings 
  • Asset Management
  • Maintain and monitoring and safe keeping documents related to Legal Matters
  • Executive Administrative Support
  • Perform administrative support functions such as, creating reports, and drafting correspondence for Audit Legal, Accounting Legal and HR Legal.
  • Others
  • Schedule and prioritize activities to meet the legal needs. Develop effective working relationships with Staff and other persons related to the Company.
  • Daily Report:
  • Monitoring on the legal concerns assigned by the Immediate Superior
  • Read emails and answer correspondence on a professional way
  • Update the Immediate Superior for any issues that need immediate approval
  • Oversee tasks being assigned by the President
  • Weekly Report
  • Weekly Accomplishment Report to be submitted every Friday.
  • Attending MANCOM Meeting every Monday
  • Monthly
  • Consolidation of all reports, updates on Special project or tasks assigned by the Immediate Superior. To be submitted every end of the month
  • Others: Additional reports that requires by the Immediate Superior.

المتطلبات

Education and Experience

  • Associates degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Previous legal experience is a plus
  • knowledge of administrative practices and procedures, data management methods, basic accounting practices and human resources practices
  • proficient computer skills
  • working knowledge of relevant software programs
