Loan Processing & Evaluation

• Review and evaluate loan applications for accuracy and completeness.
• Conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) assessments and background checks.
• Assess creditworthiness of new and renewing clients.
• Clearly communicate loan terms and requirements to applicants.

Documentation & System Encoding

• Encode client and loan application details into the LeadGen or similar systems.
• Maintain and update Daily Activity Reports (DAR) and other related documents.
• Submit and track insurance reports and loan vouchers.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, Economics, or any related field.
• Preferably 1–2 years of relevant experience in loan processing, client management, business development or sales.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
