This is your chance to help shape customer acquisition strategies through Paid Search (SEM), Facebook Ads, Display, and PLA campaigns, all while working from home with occasional onsite visits.

Key Responsibilities

As a core member of the Acquisition Marketing Team, you will:

• Develop and manage SEM and paid social campaigns focused on performance-based optimization

• Create innovative and data-informed marketing strategies to drive new customer acquisition

• Manage advertising budgets across monthly and quarterly targets

• Run A/B tests on ad copy and landing pages to improve conversion and quality scores

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on website and product offering improvements

• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and provide actionable insights

• Support marketing operations through analytics and execution assistance

Ideal Candidate

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing (SEM experience preferred)
• Strong analytical and Excel skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or other analytical fields
• Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive problem-solver
